I want to use my Phonic product abroad
Some of Phonic’s gear have universal power supplies that allow voltages from 100V to 250V (50/60Hz) to be used without a hassle, but please check your user’s manual to be sure before using a unit overseas. If you want to use any Phonic product in a foreign country with a different voltage range than specified on the unit, then we advise using a power converter to get the correct voltage to your device.
This, however, is not a long-term solution and it’s best to get your local Phonic service center to perform a slight modification to the power supply to allow local voltages to be used. Also, users should not under any circumstances remove the grounding pin from their AC cables, as doing so can be dangerous and lead to performers and engineers receiving electric shocks.
