(more...)Can the PAA3 run on a Mac with an Intel Chip?
Provided you’re running both OSX and Windows XP on the system, you can switch to Windows XP and use that for the PAA3 software. Unfortunately Mac OSX is not supported at this time.

(more...)I downloaded a file from your website, but I’m having trouble using it
Many of the downloadable files from Phonic’s online help center are compressed “zip” files, therefore should be uncompressed before installing or viewing. If you install a program such as winrar (a trial version is available at http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm), you should have no problem opening this file (other options may be winzip, or zipmagic, depending on which you wish to install).
Firefly 302 Power Voltage Requirements
Please note that Firefly 302 can only accept 12 input, either from DC 12V Adapter or Mac Notebook’s IEEE 1394 12 V Bus. Therefore, it is not suitable for DC 24V to 30V operation.
(more...)What is the latency on your Helix Board Mixers?
Both the USB and FireWire Helix Boards have zero-latency - meaning that they have no noticeable delay. Latency can be caused by a bottle-neck somewhere between your mixer/interface and your DAW software. Quite commonly, your interface will not send the signal fast enough to the computer, causing the delay; however this is not the case with the Helix Boards.
(more...)Do I need the Performer Speakers to use the Phonic Wireless Systems?
No, not at all. The WM60 (mono) and WM70 (stereo) transmitters can be used in conjunction with our WM40 and WM400 receivers. The WM40 are design specifically for our Performer Active speakers, however the WM400 can be connected to any Active speaker, preferably with XLR inputs.
