The Phonic W5 Wireless Starter Kit is a high speed digital wireless system using 2.4 GHz Pulse Code Modulation technology. The W5 transmitters and receivers can be used with your home stereo and home theatre audio systems to provide a simpler solution for remote audio playback. Transmit audio signals from a CD player in your lounge room to your backyard, kitchen, bedroom or anywhere else in the house. DJs can use the W5 systems to send their mixes off to remote stereo amplifiers and/or active speakers, making set up much simpler. The W5 transmitter can transmit up to 100 meters and is able to communicate with up to 5 wireless receivers simultaneously (W5 kit includes 2 receiver units). Both the transmitter and receiver modules are equipped with RCA connections for input and output, and USB 2.0 input is available on the transmitter unit. The receiver units also offer optical S/PDIF output. With such versatile inputs and outputs, the W5 system provides clear, unadulterated wireless audio like never before.
