Use it on PC, and now on Mac.
I use the Cubase LE from bundle, on Mac (works as well in PC).
No latency problems, no other problems.
Best card at this price.

So thanks Phonic for this card.

"Firefly 302 is a impressive little device with an unexpected flat frequency response with only a slight deviation above 10 kHz. With a noise floor of -93 dB, it offers a dynamic range of 87 dB, which is still good. THD is only 0.0084 % and talkover 90 dB. Overall the price-value of Firefly 302 Plus is really excellent"

"How should you go about recording your next masterpiece? Why, with the help of Phonic's rather excellent Firefly, of course! ... [The] Phonic Firefly 302 - a compact unit that gives you all the facilities you need to start recording on your computer... All said, this Phonic Firefly 302 can deliver a mighty punch for not much outlay. Exactly how much depends on the power of your computer."

"Winter NAMM saw the release of the Firefly FireWire 302 and 808 models, two capable and relatively inexpensive interfaces. The 302, a 24-bit system, features two analog RCA inputs, one XLR input, and two analog outputs. [A] compact design make[s] this interface a reliable choice."

"Phonic's diminutive Firewire audio interface is extremely affordable and it can record at 24-bit/96kHz. Is it too good to be true?"

"Portable recording systems are more popular now than ever, with musicians also becoming increasingly spoiled for choice as far as compact, affordable accessories are concerned. And although Phonic is a company more frequently associated with heavy duty pro-end audio mixers and power amps, its latest offering is an altogether more diminutive portable FireWire interface – the FireFly 302. Small enough to easily fit in a laptop bag, the Firefly is aimed squarely at those on the move or with limited studio space."
