External mic for the PAA2, PAA3 or PAA6?
Unfortunately an external Mic cannot be used with these units. The PAA2, PAA3 and PAA6 were designed to only work properly with the precisely calibrated built-in microphone. The XLR and 1/4" inputs that these units feature cannot accept microphone inputs.
